All in all they offer good service. The rooms are reasonably large and brand-new and the bathrooms are large. The food is outstanding and excellent! Its location is absolutely perfect, right by the Mocanita tourist attraction and Viseu de Sus.

I had such a fab time at this hotel, with its posh banquets, indoor pool, and fancy restaurant. The entertainment options were endless - gym, hot tub, sauna, and even a salt room! I felt so pampered and indulged.

During my Christmas stay at the hotel, I was impressed by the pleasant sauna area and heated pool, making the spa experience memorable. the decorations were high class and appealing, creating the perfect ambiance for a holiday stay. the location was ideal for exploring the nearby attractions and sightseeing.

The breakfast food was at times cold and not up to the expected standards. the lack of available parking for the guests made it difficult to find a spot.

We had a fantastic time exploring the beautiful area of Viseu. The hotel is conveniently located close to Mocanita and Borsa, making it easy for us to visit these attractions. The spa at the hotel was a highlight, providing a great place to relax and unwind after a day of hiking. The staff were lovely and quickly resolved any issues we had, such as a problem with the shower. The restaurant offered delicious food, and we particularly enjoyed the included breakfast with its variety of options. we had a wonderful stay and would definitely go back.
